Short Form (Danhyung)

[From a right front stance]

1.  Rear front kick, Double punch.

2.  Rear front kick, Triple punch.

3.  Rear front kick, Double inside knife strike.

4.  Rear front kick, Double forearm top block, Double punch.

5.  Rear front kick, Double low forearm block, Right spear hand.

6.  Rear front kick, Double outside middle block, Double punch.

7.  Rear front kick, Right vertical punch, Left back fist.

8.  Rear roundhouse kick, Right inside elbow strike, Right outside knife strike, Left reverse punch.

 

White Belt Form (Sabang gongkyuk)

[From a right front stance]

1.  Execute a rear leg front kick and assume a left front stance facing 12:00.

2.  Execute a double middle punch (yell).

3.  Body pivot toward 9:00 and assume a right front stance.

4.  Execute a rear leg front kick and land into a left front stance.

5.  Execute a triple punch (mid-hi-low) toward 9:00.

6.  Body pivot toward 6:00 and assume a right front stance.

7.  Execute a rear leg front kick and land into a left front stance.

8.  Execute a double inside knife hand toward 6:00.

9.  Body pivot toward 3:00 and assume a right front stance.

10. Execute a rear leg front kick and land into a left front stance.

11. Execute a double top block-double punch (yell) toward 3:00.

12. Body pivot toward 12:00 and assume a right front stance.

13. Execute a rear leg front kick and land into a left front stance then execute a double low forearm block and double punch toward 12:00.

14. Bring the right leg along side the left and assume a ready stance.

 

(Start at joonbijasae (ready stance), get into gongkyukjasae (front stance), execute danhyung #1, Then 90 degree turn to (l), execute danhyung #2, 90 turn to (l), execute danhyung #3, 90 turn to (l), execute danhyung#4, 90 turn to (l), execute danhyung #5, and then return to joonbijasae.)

Kick (Joksool)

1.  Front kick (ahpchagi)

2.  Front leg front kick (suhso ahpchagi)

3.  Rear leg front kick (baqua ahpchagi)

4.  Step front kick (junjin ahpchagi)

5.  Roundhouse kick (dolyochagi)

6.  Front leg roundhouse kick (suhso dolyochagi)

7.  Rear leg roundhouse kick (baqua dolyochagi)

8.  Step roundhouse kick (junjin dolyochagi) 

 

Combination Kick (Darajoksool)

1.  Front leg front kick (3 times) - step front kick - inside middle block, backfist, reverse punch - rear leg front kick - inside middle block, backfist, reverse punch.

2.  Front leg roundhouse kick (3 times) - step roundhouse kick - inside elbow,
outside knife, reverse punch - rear leg roundhouse kick - inside elbow, outside knife, reverse punch.
