Short Form (danhyung)
[Start from a back stance ]

1.   Rotate left hip clockwise into a scissor stance (kaweejasae) with left palm strike (high),low left side kick and step into a kimajasae -"X" block then, left waesoodo to neck, pivot around clockwise 90 get into a daebijasae, block and execute right waesoodo to right side target - right inward soft block - left outward soft block - left inward soft block - right straight punch (left hand palm down placed under right elbow)

2.   Execute rear leg inside low hook kick and right inward soft palm block left with naesoodo to neck then get into a kimajasae facing right. execute left yuksoodo - waesoodo - right spear hand - left palm strike - right soorikwon - left over head drop palm strike to left target with right spear hand thrust - right over head drop palm strike to right target with left spear hand thrust then return to daebijasae

Form (hwarang "il gup" hyung)

Bow - diamond kihopjagi - slide to (r) side into scissor stance with (r) back fist strike shoulder level, slide to left side into scissor stance with (l) back fist strike shoulder level, slide to right side into scissor stance with (r) downward elbow strike, slide to left side into scissor stance with (l) downward elbow strike - (r) mandalchagi , (l) andari get into kimajasae with (r) lower block, (l) mandalchagi , (r) andari get into a kimajasae with (l) lower block - body turn 180 counter clockwise get into a kimajasae with outward middle forearm block then (r) reverse punch with gongkyukjasae, body turn 90 clockwise get into a kimajasae with outward middle forearm block then (l) reverse punch with gongkyukjasae - (l) step forward into cat stance execute double inverted soft palm blocks with double middle palm strikes, (r) step turns 180 clockwise back into a daebijasae - execute (r) andari, low side kick-chop kick, set, (l) back kick right side target and get into a baqua daebijasae - bring (r) step into attention stance then, slide to right get into scissor stance with low And high block, retract to side, double forearm outward high blocks - body turn 180 counter clockwise, leap forward into scissor stance with double hammer fist to jugulars, body turn 180 counter clockwise (l) high block get into a gongkyukjasae with (r) reverse punch - bring (r) step into upright position with (r) yuksoodo to groin then, body turn counter clockwise 270 get into a gongkyukjasae with (l) top block and (r) jongsoodo - slide to the right and get into scissor stance with low and high block, retract both fists to sides then body turn counter clockwise 180 and execute double middle punch - hop forward into scissor stance while executing inward-outward soft block with (r) middle palm strike - lift (r) step then, spin 360 clockwise into a kimajasae while executing (r) outward-(l) inward and (r) back fist strike, land into a daebijasae, - execute green belt short form no. 1 then, bring back (l) step into upright stance, execute double high palm strikes and follow with (l) front kick then without landing apply back kick - set down (l) step back into daebijasae, execute green belt short form no.1 - bring (r) step into upright position with (r) low inward forearm block, body turn 90 counter clockwise into a kimajasae with (l) low block - execute (r) inward low carving heel kick, body spins into a kimajasae facing at original direction with hard (l) low block - bring (l) step into upright position with (l) hookwon to front target - bow
